FEMA Based Structural Collapse Technician(SCT) Course—August 20-29, 2012

The Structural Collapse Technician (SCT) course is an Equivalent FEMA/US&R SCT Course. The course is instructed utilizing the currently approved FEMA/US&R SCT Curriculum and instructional methodologies. The course meets all requirements of Level II Rescuer based on Chapter 9 NFPA 1006 Standard for Technical Rescuer Professional Qualifications 2008 Edition. The course is instructed by FEMA/US&R Program and CO-TF1 Nationally Certified SCT Instructors.

This course is designed to meet the following standards:

* NFPA 1670, Standard on Operations and Training for Technical Search and Rescue Incidents

* NFPA 1006, Standard for Rescue Technician Professional Qualifications (SCT) Course
