Assessment Center Workshop
We cover the critical job dimensions for most supervisory, mid-level management to executive positions, and demonstrate the relationship of those skills to the job itself. We use performance based scenarios to demonstrate those skills you'll need on the job, through various performance based scenarios. These include Panel Interviews, Oral Interviews, Assessment Centers, Simulations, In-baskets, Leaderless groups, Subordinate counseling sessions, Oral presentations, Accomplishment surveys and Written exercises.
